• Meeting Attendance & Support: Active participation in school meetings, both in-person (within Hamilton, Marion, Hancock, and Madison counties in Indiana) and remotely across the United States. We champion the student's rights and needs, fostering a collaborative environment.

• Parent/Caregiver Empowerment & Coaching: We equip families with the skills and knowledge to confidently advocate for their child's educational rights, providing coaching and support throughout the process.

• Mastering the IEP Process: Gain a clear understanding of the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process, your rights, and how to effectively advocate for your child's educational needs.

• Addressing Common School Concerns: Get expert guidance on common issues that arise in the school setting, from communication challenges with educators to understanding specific school policies.

• Supporting Your Child’s Needs at Home & in the Community: Learn practical strategies and gain valuable insights on how to effectively support your child's unique disability needs beyond the school walls, fostering their growth and independence in daily life.

Our goal is to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to be your child's most effective advocate, ensuring their success both in and out of the classroom.

We offer targeted staff development to enhance special education instruction and outcomes within school districts. Our programs focus on:

• Specially Designed Instruction (SDI): We provide staff development in tailored learning strategies, ensuring educators can meet each student's unique needs and help them succeed in their educational journey.

• Data-based IEPs and Instruction: Our staff development focuses on leveraging precise, data-driven insights to create Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that foster measurable academic and personal growth.

• Instructional Coaching and Best Practices: We equip educators with the tools and knowledge to implement the most effective teaching methods, ensuring every student benefits from high-quality instruction.

• AI Implementation in the Classroom: Drawing from our doctoral research, we provide coaching in best practices for educators to effectively integrate artificial intelligence tools, enhancing learning and instructional strategies.

• Customized Professional Development: We provide 1-hour customized instructional coaching (1:1) or targeted professional development related to special education to groups (under 40 attendees). This can be done virtually or in-person in Hamilton, Marion, Hancock, or Madison counties in Indiana. In-person coaching or professional development outside of these areas will incur travel fees. We offer specialized tutoring in literacy and mathematics skills. All tutoring is provided by a licensed special educator holding an early literacy endorsement, ensuring high-quality, research-based instruction tailored to your child's learning style.
